I am looking for a developer who can create a simple and user-friendly Mobile Recharge Application within my budget of ₹15,000 to ₹20,000.
I need an Android app + a basic web-based Admin Panel. The design should be clean, fast, and easy to manage.

User Registration & Login

Prepaid/Postpaid Mobile Recharge Options

Recharge History (Successful / Failed / Pending)

Wallet / Add Money (optional)

Payment Integration (UPI or Payment Gateway – I will provide keys or instructions)
