"I’m ready to commission a complete American-style roulette game built natively for Android phones and tablets. My priority is a smooth, visually appealing wheel and table that feel authentic on touch screens, backed by a provably fair random-number generator.

At minimum the game should:
• Launch flawlessly on current Android OS versions and scale cleanly from small to large screens.
• Include the full American wheel layout with 0 and 00, chip selection, bet timer, and clear win/loss animations.
• Save player balance locally and, if practical, hook into Google Play Services for achievements or leaderboards.
• Be delivered as a signed APK plus full, well-commented source code so I can iterate later.
