"I need a single code-base application that sells and schedules – more than a conventional shop, it behaves like a booking platform where people can browse items or services, reserve a slot, and pay on the spot. The core is e-commerce, yet every flow ends with a confirmed booking rather than a simple cart checkout.

Scope
• Platforms: iOS and Android, delivered through a hybrid framework but polished with native tooling where the experience warrants it (notifications, deep linking, Apple/Google Pay, etc.).
• Workflow: CI/CD pipeline from repo to TestFlight, Google Play Internal Testing and ultimately live deployment. I already have Apple and Google developer accounts ready, so provisioning profiles and keystore management must be handled as part of the job.
• Core features: real-time product/service catalogue, availability calendar, slot selection, integrated payment gateway, booking confirmation, and push/email notifications.

Deliverables
1. Source code in a Git repository with clear commit history.
2. Automated build scripts (Fastlane or equivalent) and pipeline config (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, or similar) proving end-to-end deployment.
3. One staging build on both stores and a final production release approved.
4. README that explains environment setup, major modules, and how to trigger the pipeline.

Acceptance criteria
• App passes App Store / Play Console checks without warnings.
• A user can search, select, book, and pay in under four taps.
• All API calls are secured and return <300 ms on average in a mocked staging environment.

Tech is flexible—Flutter, React Native, or Kotlin Multiplatform are all fine if they meet the criteria above—but the finished product must feel native to the end user.
