"I need a developer to create a Telegram-based trading bot that carries out fully automated hedging on Polymarket. The bot should:

• Listen for my commands (or preset triggers) in Telegram and execute matching buy and sell orders on Polymarket’s API to keep positions delta-neutral.
• Monitor open positions in real time so it can rebalance the hedge whenever exposure drifts outside a configurable threshold.
• Log every trade and key event back to the Telegram chat for transparency.
• Include a simple configuration file or inline /settings command where I can adjust market, size limits, rebalance interval, and risk parameters without touching the code.

Please build in Python or Node.js—whichever lets you tap Polymarket’s API/WebSocket feed cleanly—and host it so I can run the bot on my own VPS. A short README covering setup steps, required API keys, and how to start/stop the service will complete the hand-off." (client-provided description)
