The core build must feel as fast and reliable as the action on the pitch, with a single code-base or tightly aligned native builds backed by a robust, scalable backend & quality graphics.

Beyond the consumer app, I also need an admin dashboard to manage fixtures, scoring feeds, bidding rules, payouts and push notifications. Third-party live-scoring APIs are acceptable as long as latency stays low; if you have your own feed or scraper, note that in the proposal.
