"I have a kiosk-style mobile app fully written in Flutter (Dart) and I need it rebuilt natively in Kotlin for Android. The goal is to deliver a like-for-like experience: every screen, interaction, and integration that works in the current build must behave identically in the new one.

I will provide:
• Complete Flutter source code, assets, and API credentials
• A working APK of the current build for reference

What I expect from you:
• Clean, well-structured Kotlin code ready to open in Android Studio
• UI recreated with XML or Jetpack Compose so it mirrors the existing design and navigation flow
• Ported business logic, local storage, and all remote API calls (Retrofit, Room, or equivalent)
• An installable APK plus a concise README explaining build steps and any third-party libraries used
• Code comments and modular architecture that make future updates straightforward

Acceptance criteria:
• The Kotlin APK runs on Android 10–13 without crashes or missing functionality
• Performance is on par with—or better than—the Flutter version
• No new warnings or errors in the Play Console pre-launch report
