The food truck serves fresh, Irish-sourced ingredients, offering a menu of protein bowls, healthy wraps, smoothies, snacks, and meal-customisation options. All meals are balanced, low-sugar, and focused on supporting an active lifestyle.

The business will operate outside college campuses (TUS Athlone, Moate College, TUS Limerick) and local gyms.
Strength Station’s mission is to provide fast, affordable, high-quality healthy food while solving common canteen issues such as long queues, limited healthy options, and high prices.

Strength Station also uses technology to improve customer experience. This includes a mobile pre-order app, QR code pick-ups, digital menus, and contactless payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, card).
