Full-Stack Growth & Operations Manager – $1500/mo + Performance Bonuses (Long-Term)

Job Description:
I am looking for a highly autonomous and resourceful Full-Stack Growth & Operations Manager for a long-term collaboration. The role involves managing multiple digital projects across marketing, account creation, technical infrastructure, website development, and e-commerce.

I need someone intelligent, fast-learning, and capable of solving problems independently without constant supervision. If you can research, figure things out on your own, and execute with speed and precision, you are the right fit.

Responsibilities:

1. Digital Environments & Account Setup
• Create and manage isolated browser environments
• Work with proxies, multi-profile tools, and identity setups
• Create, verify, and maintain accounts on various marketing platforms
• Set up payment methods, tools, and account security
• Repeat and scale processes efficiently (multiple setups per day)

2. Marketing Setup
• Create and configure campaigns on different advertising platforms
• Prepare marketing assets (headlines, descriptions, landing pages, extensions, etc.)
• Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns
• Duplicate and scale successful structures
• Track performance and improve continuously

3. Website Development & Deployment
• Build lightweight sites and landing pages (HTML, PHP, [login to view URL])
• Deploy on VPS (Ubuntu, Nginx, PM2)
• Manage DNS, SSL, domains, and hosting
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly

4. Shopify Store Creation
• Build complete Shopify stores (themes, apps, structure)
• Set up products and optimize pages
• Prepare stores for fast advertising deployment
• Implement basic automations and checkout optimization

5. Mindset & Work Style
• Learns extremely fast
• Does independent research
• Works without micromanagement
• Handles multiple projects in parallel
• Communicates only when necessary
• Delivers consistent output at a high pace

Required Skills:
• Strong problem-solving and research abilities
• Experience with multi-profile tools, proxies, and digital identity setups
• Online marketing knowledge (search campaigns, tracking, setup)

Compensation:
• Fixed salary: $1500 per month
