"I want my ManyChat account to communicate natively with WhatsApp. At the moment I have no WhatsApp Business API in place, so I need someone who can guide me through the full approval and onboarding process (Facebook Business verification, phone-number activation, WABA approval, BSP choice such as 360dialog/Twilio, etc.) and then hook that API into ManyChat.

Once the connection is live I must be able to:
• send broadcast messages that comply with WhatsApp’s template rules
• trigger automated responses from a flow inside ManyChat
• hand conversations off for real-time customer support inside the WhatsApp inbox or a connected CRM

Please include in your proposal:
– your experience obtaining WABA access and linking it to ManyChat
– an outline of the steps you’ll take from verification to first live message
– how you will test and document the integration so I can maintain it myself afterwards

Successful delivery is a fully functional WhatsApp channel inside my existing ManyChat workspace with at least one working broadcast template, one automated flow, and clear hand-off instructions for support chats." (client-provided description)
