"I have WordPress website and want to make sharing short video clips as painless and as smooth as possible from backend (managing) and frontend (viewing) The site already has video interface, just need help with simplifying the instructions.

Here’s what I need help with:

• Review existing configuration and determine if it can be optimized
• Configure (or suggest and install) the best-fit player or plugin so videos start quickly, auto-adjust quality, and display responsively inside Gutenberg.
• Simplify the posting workflow and provide instructions: one clear, repeatable path for me to upload or embed, add captions, and publish without digging through menus or needing to be an expert.
• Tidy the existing Media Library so past clips are organized logically and storage is kept under control.
• Deliver a short, plain-English guide or screen-recording that walks me through the new process so I can handle future clips solo.
