"I need a mobile app that lets believers talk as easily as they would on WhatsApp, yet keeps every exchange private and, when data drops, can fall back to standard SMS. Core chat must support both text and multimedia so users can share photos, short videos, and voice clips without leaving the conversation.

At set times—morning, noon, and evening—the app will automatically deliver a Bible verse to every user. These verses must appear inside the app and also reach the user by SMS, so nobody misses the daily encouragement. An admin panel should let me preload passages and adjust the schedule.

A third pillar of the project is live spiritual support. Inside the app, a “Chat for Prayer & Counseling” space should route each request to the next available volunteer so people get help in real time. All transcripts stay confidential and encrypted.

Please build for both iOS and Android with a single codebase (Flutter or React Native is fine). I’m comfortable with Firebase or AWS for auth, real-time messaging, and secure storage, plus a service such as Twilio for the SMS layer.
