"I’m looking to streamline my current Odoo environment and add a few tailored features that fit the way my business actually works. We already have Odoo up and running, but some workflows feel clunky and a handful of manual steps still creep in each day. I need an Odoo specialist who can first review the existing setup, pinpoint quick-win optimizations, then move on to deeper customizations and ongoing maintenance.

You should feel comfortable jumping into any of the core apps—Sales, Inventory, Accounting and their related dependencies—diagnosing bottlenecks, tweaking Python code, adjusting QWeb views, and configuring server parameters for better performance. If you have experience upgrading between major versions, that would be a plus; I’m open to revisiting the version we’re on if an upgrade makes business sense.

Here’s how I see the engagement flowing:

• Discovery & audit: screen-share session to walk through current processes, followed by a concise report outlining improvement opportunities and estimated effort.
• Implementation: prioritized sprints to tackle the agreed changes—this may include new modules, modifications to existing ones, or integrations with external APIs.
• Handover & support: documentation of what was changed, basic user guidance, and a window for minor post-deployment fixes.
