"Please start your bid by stating if you ever previously integrated WooCommerce with a Desktop application or not. All bids will be considered, but bids without this declaration will be ignored.

Currently we take orders over the phone using SAGE 50 in our office. We would also like to take orders online via our WooCommerce website.

When an order is placed on the website, we want that order auto-created on local Sage 50 without any human involvement. But, in order to receive accurate website orders, we need to integrate our local Sage with the website. By integration we would like to achieve the following:

1. Copy local Sage 50 Customer Accounts to the Website.
2. Office Sage New Order > Update website stock.
3. Office Sage New Price or Custom Price > Update website prices inc. custom user prices
4. Office Sage Stock Adjustment > Update website stock
5. Website New Order > Create new order on Office Sage in real time.

Notes:

1. Sage 50 (UK Desktop), out of the box, does not come with any sort of outside connectivity but we came across this desktop app which claims to synchronise Sage with any online store using XML data:

If you are familiar with Sage 50 UK, we are open to any other solution you may suggest.

2. We would provide you with a copy Sage 50 UK (Windows Desktop ver.31) if you do not already have it.

3. Our WooCommerce website is setup and ready but not synchronised with Sage.

4. We don't mind copying NEW products and NEW customers to the website manually.

- Currently the website customer specific prices are saved to database as "Serialised PHP Array".

- We will enable you Internet access to a Local PC with SAGE setup with a copy of company data for testing your solutions before connecting to a PC with SAGE currently in use.
