"Stock Tracking & Reporting System

Objective:
The goal of this project is to build a simple, web-based Stock Tracking & Reporting System that replaces manual registers and helps the school owner:

View the current stock of every product
Add incoming stock received from suppliers
Record stock sold to retailers
Record stock returned back by retailers
Automatically track available stock (In – Out + Returns)
See low-stock indicators and plan purchases in advance
Access date-wise, month-wise, and product-wise reports
Export reports to CSV/Excel
Get quick insights through an easy dashboard

The system is designed for extremely easy usage by the staff member who currently maintains handwritten registers.

Proposed Solution:
We will develop a lightweight, browser-based web application hosted on Google Firebase.
