Scope of work
• Build a standalone app that installs easily on Windows and macOS (an Electron, Flutter, or similar wrapper is fine).
• Real-time messaging with notifications, typing indicators, and sound alerts.
• Agent dashboard showing incoming, active, and resolved conversations.
• Pre-chat form to capture basic customer details (name, email, order number).
• Searchable transcript archive with export to CSV or PDF.
• Admin panel to add or remove agents and review chat statistics.
