"Chrome is blocking my website with the red “Dangerous site – attackers might trick you into installing harmful software” screen. Visitors report that unwanted software tries to install the moment they land, so I’m certain the problem is a malware installation and not just a harmless false-positive.

Here’s what I’m experiencing
• Chrome and other modern browsers warn users to go back to safety.
• Unwanted software downloads begin automatically on some pages.
• I first saw the issue through that same browser warning, not from server logs, so the malicious code is likely buried in the site files or database rather than an obvious redirect.

What I need from you
1. Run a full scan of all site files, themes, plugins and the database, identify every malicious snippet, and remove it completely.
2. Patch the entry point that allowed the infection—outdated CMS core, plugin, theme or server configuration—so it cannot recur.
3. Verify there are no hidden cron jobs, backdoors or external calls left behind.
4. Submit or guide me through a Google Search Console malware review until the warning is lifted and the site is marked clean again.
5. Provide a concise report of what you found, what you removed and the security steps applied.
