Core workflow for customers
• Search local providers by suburb or GPS location
• Post a job with description, photos and a proposed budget
• Chat in real time with providers
• Accept a quote, pay into a secure Stripe-held escrow, then release funds once work is approved
• Leave a rating and review

Service-provider side
• Self-service sign-up with credential upload for admin approval
• Subscription billing (recurring) before leads unlock
• Geo-targeted job leads, in-thread chat, quote submission and acceptance tracking
• Automatic payout through Stripe after customer marks the task as complete

Admin console
• Document review / approval queue
• Dispute management, review moderation, category management and other CMS functions
