"A web app is built on Laravel 10 and I want it running smoothly on Laravel 12 so I can benefit from the newest performance gains and security fixes. There’s no formal documentation for the upgrade; you’ll be working directly in the codebase that wull be provided and drawing a step by step guidence for the upgrade

A few composer packages may also need to follow the framework jump. You need to find out which ones on kickoff, but expect common packages such as spatie/laravel-permission and laravel-sanctum to be in the mix. Please resolve any breaking-change issues those upgrades introduce.

Key deliverables
