"I am looking to bring a full end-to-end remote street-lighting solution from concept to live deployment. The luminaires already on site use DALI-2/D4i drivers with Zhaga sockets, so the hardware piece centres on Zhaga-mounted LoRaWAN nodes that can switch, dim and read diagnostics from each fitting. Those nodes must talk to robust gateways and the gateways, in turn, push data to the cloud over 4G/LTE.

My top priority is granular control and monitoring at scale: every lamp must report power, driver health and runtime events, and accept command schedules or real-time overrides. To keep that data useful, the backend has to focus on reliable storage and processing pipelines—think PostgreSQL/Timescale, MQTT or LwM2M brokers, and clear REST or GraphQL APIs. Once the data lands, I need a clean way to surface it. Detailed reporting tools sit at the heart of the web frontend, although I am open to layering in dashboards or live-control widgets if you have an elegant approach.

Because this project spans device firmware, LoRaWAN network configuration, server architecture and a browser interface, I would like the work delivered in clearly verifiable pieces:

• Hardware integration & firmware for the Zhaga controller
• Gateway image with LoRa packet-forwarder plus 4G fallback logic
• Scalable cloud stack (containerised or serverless) with data ingestion, storage, processing and secure user management
• Web UI that generates scheduled, ad-hoc and exportable reports on asset status, power use and alarms
• End-to-end test plan and on-site commissioning guide

Completion is accepted once a small pilot group of luminaires can be switched, dimmed and audited through the interface without manual intervention, and all events are logged correctly in the database.
