I need a **fully working, easy-to-use Letter Tracking Dashboard** for office use. The system is **80% already built** — I will provide **HTML + Google Apps Script code + screenshots**.

Your job:
**Fix the error, make it installable in 1 click on any PC, and generate 2 URLs — one for Admin (full edit), one for Viewers (read-only).**
