"I have an existing Shopify footwear dropshipping store integrated with Sell The Trend and Spocket, with around 60 products uploaded after thorough research. A minimum of 200 footwear products should be uploaded and live to start, with a separate women’s clothing category of around 50 products. In total 250 products minimum before we go live. The current site is incomplete, and the design does not match my vision. Clear, consistent, and effective communication is essential, as this was a major issue with the previous full-stack developer. The previous freelancer only delivered a demo version of the theme and did not provide the full theme files or a polished, professional UI. (I am still awaiting those files, but I have chosen not to delay this project any further, which is why I am posting this now! time is critical.)

I am looking for a skilled Shopify expert or agency to fully complete and optimise the store, including design, product sourcing, automation, marketing setup, and full SEO implementation.

The store needs to be redesigned to reflect a clean, modern, bold brand style similar to Squat Wolf, while the product listings should emulate the professional layout of Footlocker, with clear categories, filters, and detailed product pages. Full theme files should be delivered and licensed to me. The site must be fully responsive on both desktop and mobile.

I also need engaging product images and videos, created using AI tools such as Creatify AI, [login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], and [login to view URL], so the freelancer must have access to these tools and experience using them for UGC-style content, especially for generating and editing 20-30 products, since we will also be using them for ads. Freelancers can sign up to these platforms if needed, but I prefer agencies or individuals who already have access to and experience with them, or can manually create the product listings or use other similar platform tools they already have.

In terms of product sourcing, I need to expand offerings by integrating affiliate programs or API feeds from suppliers (ABC AND XYZ SUPPLIERS WILL BE PROVIDED). Product feeds or APIs should sync automatically with Shopify, updating titles, images, prices, and stock levels. Retail prices will be set slightly above supplier prices, with images and descriptions edited as needed for legal compliance. Shipping times 3-7days max, costs, return policies;
The order and payment process must be fully automated. Payments should be split between my account and suppliers automatically using Stripe Connect or PayPal. Shopify WEBHOOKS should send structured order details to suppliers via API or email fallback, and tracking information should update Shopify automatically.

Additionally, OTHER suppliers and trending products need to be sourced from Sell The Trend and Spocket for the most popular and best-selling items in the market.

Amazon should also be integrated as an additional, but only after the primary suppliers and automation are fully set up last stage.

SEO Requirements (Must be included in project scope):
The freelancer/agency must implement full SEO optimisation for the Shopify store, including but not limited to:

1. Technical SEO
* Ensure the site is mobile-friendly and fully responsive

* ALT text for all images including product and banner images
* Clean, keyword-friendly URLs for products, collections, and categories
* Internal linking between products, collections, and informational pages
3. Content & Keyword Strategy
* Conduct keyword research for sneakers and footwear niche
* Map primary and secondary keywords to each product, category, and page
* Suggest additional pages or blog content to support SEO (e.g., sneaker guides, style tips)
* Ensure all product content is unique, high-quality, and optimized for search engines
4. Local & International SEO (if relevant)
* Optimise for UK market (GBP pricing, UK shipping info)
* Implement hreflang if targeting multiple regions
5. Analytics & Monitoring
* Connect site to Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4
* Provide instructions or reports to monitor traffic, search rankings, and crawl errors
