"I plan to launch a brand-new application and want to build it from day one with Flutter. The core idea is sketched out, yet the exact screens, user flows, and even the final platform mix (mobile first, with web and desktop as potential follow-ups) will be shaped together as we move forward.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Set up a clean, scalable Flutter project, wired for both Android and iOS from the outset.
• Work with my rough notes and sketches, then turn them into production-ready UI; if you enjoy UI/UX, your design suggestions are welcome.
• Choose and implement an appropriate state-management approach (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod—whichever best fits the scope).
• Write well-documented Dart code, commit regularly to Git, and keep the project easy for any future developer to follow.
• Package builds and handle TestFlight / Play Console internal testing so I can run real-device checks after each milestone.

Once we agree on the initial feature list, I’ll create a shared backlog with clear priorities, and we’ll work in short, reviewable iterations. Clean code, good communication, and reliable delivery timelines are the key success factors for this project." (client-provided description)
