"I’m setting up a small online service for parents whose children currently have no official paperwork and need an immediately usable birth certificate without going through lengthy court procedures. What I need from you is a secure, streamlined web application that guides the user through a short form, captures the parent’s details, place of birth and date of birth, then generates a professional certificate in two formats: a print-ready PDF the user can download instantly and an order flow that forwards the file to a print-fulfilment API for mailing.

Core expectations
• Modern, intuitive front-end where clients enter the required data and preview the certificate in real time
• Back-end logic that stores submissions safely, assigns a unique ID, and renders a tamper-evident PDF (think embedded QR or barcode)
• Integration with a print & mail partner so the physical copy is automatically queued once payment clears
• Admin dashboard for me to manage templates, view orders and resend downloads
• Clean, well-documented code (preferred stack: React or Vue + Node, but I’m open if you can justify another choice)
