"I’m looking for an experienced Arabic Speaking Odoo back-end developer to take full ownership of several live modules in our remote environment. Day to day you’ll extend, debug, and refine features so the platform keeps pace with changing business rules and user requests. The immediate focus is on the three core areas we run the company on:

• Sales and CRM
• Invoicing and Accounting
• HR
. Others

You’ll work directly in the Odoo framework, writing clean Python that respects OOP principles, creating new models, adjusting existing workflows, and ensuring data integrity in PostgreSQL. Clear Git history, sensible commit messages, and unit tests are expected for every enhancement.

Because you’ll be collaborating with people across finance, operations, and sales, clear comments and the occasional functional doc are important. I also value proactive bug hunting—if you spot a performance bottleneck or permission hole, flag it and patch it before it becomes urgent.

Deliverables are validated when:
– Custom code installs without errors on a vanilla Odoo staging instance
– All affected flows in the three modules execute as documented
– Unit tests cover the new logic and pass in CI
