"I need a mobile application created for both iOS and Android whose sole purpose is background verification. The flow is straightforward: a user opens the app, submits the data required for a check, and receives a clear, digestible report inside the app as well as by email. Think of it as a one-stop hub that can run identity, employment, or criminal record searches (the exact mix can be finalised together once we map out the back-end data sources).

I already have the verification providers shortlisted; the app will need to hit their REST/JSON endpoints, handle secure file uploads (KYC documents, photos, PDFs), and return a formatted PDF report that is stored both locally (in-app) and in the cloud. A lightweight admin dashboard (web-based is fine) should let me log in, track requests, resend reports, and toggle which verification services are active.
