"I’m a day trader who focuses on U.S. stocks priced below $10 and I rely on a web-based platform for all my charting and executions. I want a purpose-built screener that flags tickers most likely to make rapid moves during the session, then displays them on a real-time chart with the data points I care about front and center.

The screener must combine three layers of confirmation: sudden volume spikes, key technical indicators, and live news sentiment. On the technical side I trade mainly off moving averages (multiple periods), RSI, Bollinger Bands, MACD, VWAP, clearly marked support and resistance zones, plus a simple momentum gauge. When any of those line up with an abnormal surge in volume and a positive news or social-media tilt, the ticker should light up on the dashboard and, ideally, trigger an audible/visual alert.

Because this has to run inside (or alongside) my existing web platform, I need clean, lightweight code—JavaScript or Python back-end with a browser front-end would be fine—along with an easy way to edit indicator settings on the fly. The workflow I have in mind is:

• Real-time market data feed ingested and filtered for < $10 stocks
• Built-in logic for volume-spike detection compared against rolling averages
• Calculation and plotting of the listed indicators on an interactive chart
• NLP layer pulling headlines/social data, scoring sentiment, merging it with the technical and volume signals
• Dashboard showing the live watchlist with customizable alert thresholds and a quick link to each full chart
