"Managing audits for 300 separate companies has outgrown my current toolset, so I’m commissioning a single, AI-driven system that streamlines every stage of the audit cycle and can easily scale to new clients in the future. The core engine should leverage machine learning/NLP to ingest data from accounting software, ERP feeds, policy repositories, and operational logs, then automatically execute checks across three domains—financial, compliance, and operational—flagging anomalies and suggesting corrective actions.

I need this to run seamlessly on web, mobile, and desktop so staff and external auditors can work wherever they are. For insight and accountability, the app must generate real-time dashboards, schedule email alerts when thresholds are breached, and package full audit trails into polished PDF reports ready for the board or regulators.

Because the solution will serve hundreds of legal entities, a multi-tenant architecture with role-based access, strong data segregation, and an intuitive admin console is essential. Please structure the build so additional audit templates and AI models can be plugged in without rewriting the core.

Deliverables
