"I need a lightweight, minimalist-styled personal website built in pure HTML5, CSS3, and a touch of vanilla JavaScript (or Bootstrap if that speeds things up while keeping the code tidy). The public-facing side is simple: a clean, fast-loading Home page that introduces me and sets the tone for the site.

Behind that I want a small, password-protected admin area where I can log in, generate, and view several custom reports. Think of it as a basic dashboard: after authentication I land on a table-based view that pulls data from flat JSON files or an equally straightforward source—no heavy CMS required. A logout link should be present on every admin page.
