"I need a full-featured medical app whose main purpose is to handle online consultations between patients and doctors. The flow I have in mind is simple: a patient books a slot, meets the doctor over an integrated video call, and leaves with a digital prescription—while every step is recorded safely in the cloud.

Core requirements
• Appointment scheduling that lets patients see real-time availability and doctors manage their own calendars.
• Patient medical history management so the doctor can review past visits, labs, or images before the call begins.
• Prescription management that generates and stores e-prescriptions for the patient immediately after the session.
• Secure, low-latency video calls embedded in the app; no third-party links or external downloads.
• Cloud storage for consultation recordings and medical files, encrypted in transit and at rest.

User roles
– Patients: register, verify identity, book, join video sessions, view history, download prescriptions.
– Doctors: manage availability, view patient records, conduct the call, write and sign prescriptions.

Tech is flexible—as long as the final build works smoothly on iOS, Android, and a modern web browser, and the back-end stack can scale.
