"Our logistics arm needs immediate access to reliable, capacity-matched trucks and live location data for every shipment we place. The core of this engagement is simple: find the right truck for each load and feed its real-time position directly into our existing mobile app so our dispatchers and clients can follow progress without switching systems.

Here’s the workflow I want to see in place: as soon as I send shipment details, you secure a truck that meets weight, route, and timing requirements, confirm the booking, and surface the GPS feed. I’m already set up with a mobile environment (React Native) that can consume JSON or RESTful API endpoints; your tracking must plug seamlessly into that stack. Periodic status texts or calls are not enough—continuous, map-based visibility is mandatory.

Deliverables
• A documented process (or automated tool) for sourcing capacity on demand
• Live tracking integration for each booked truck, tested inside our mobile app sandbox
• End-of-day load report summarizing carrier, rate, ETA, and any exceptions
