"I need a complete redesign and build of the West Melton Lodge Care Home website. The goal is a clean, modern, fully responsive informational site that quickly gives families confidence in our home and makes it easy for them to reach us.

Scope
• Pages to include: About Us, Services, Contact Us and a visually engaging Gallery.
• Modern design language—think generous white space, large typography, warm imagery and intuitive navigation.
• The site is strictly informational; no e-commerce or resident portals are required at this stage.
• A simple CMS back-end (WordPress, Webflow or similar) so my team can update text and photos without coding knowledge.
• Standard on-page SEO, accessibility best practice and a contact form that sends straight to our reception email.

Deliverables
1. Figma (or equivalent) mock-ups for approval.
2. Fully developed, mobile-friendly website migrated to our hosting.
3. A short hand-over guide or recorded walkthrough covering content edits, gallery updates and basic maintenance.
