"I already have detailed wire-frames, screen flows, and the complete rules logic for a Satta Matka platform; what I need now is a developer who can turn those assets into polished, fully native apps for both iOS and Android. The build must stick strictly to native stacks (Swift/SwiftUI on iOS, Kotlin/Android Studio on Android) so performance, animations, and push notifications feel seamless on each platform.

Core features that must ship in the first public release are:
• Live results streamed with minimal latency
• Secure user authentication (e-mail or mobile OTP)
• Full betting options as laid out in my spec, including single, Jodi, Panna, and more
• A robust payment gateway integration so users can deposit and withdraw funds safely

All designs are ready in Figma, and the API endpoints are documented in Postman collections. Your role is to wire the UI to those endpoints, build any required local caching, and handle App Store / Play Store submission. The project is classed as medium in scope, so clear milestones—prototype, beta, and final—will keep us on schedule.

Deliverables will include:
1. Two store-ready builds (.ipa & .aab) plus signed release keys
2. Source code in a private Git repo with clean, well-commented commits
3. Brief deployment notes covering necessary environment variables, certificates, and store settings
4. A one-round post-launch support window to squash any critical bugs
