"I attempted to run routine updates on my WordPress site last night and immediately lost front-end and admin access—everything now hangs on a generic loading screen (screenshot attached). Just before the crash I did add several new plugins, but I can’t recall which ones, so I suspect an incompatibility or partial update is blocking the dashboard.

What I need:
• Restore access to wp-admin so the site loads normally for visitors and for me.
• Complete all pending WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates and verify nothing breaks afterward.
• Identify the offending plugin(s) or any other root cause and either patch, replace, or safely remove them.
• Provide a short summary of the changes you made so I have a clear record.
