We are developing an eco-friendly mobile app that allows users to pin locations of recyclable materials or waste items (e.g. wood, bricks, plastic, paper, glass, metal, etc.) and share them with the local community.
Other users can then visit those spots, clean them up, or collect materials, and receive points and rewards through a built-in gamification system.

The app will be community-driven and use maps, geolocation, and photo uploads to verify the actions.
Points will be stored in a digital wallet and can be exchanged for discounts, coupons, or other partner rewards (to be integrated later).

We are currently looking for:

A small development team or freelancer capable of building an MVP (Android + iOS).

Using Flutter or React Native for the front-end.

Firebase / Google Cloud backend (for user accounts, image storage, map integration, and point database).

Basic admin panel (web-based) to approve or verify reported spots and user activity.

Integration with Google Maps API (or OpenStreetMap) for displaying locations and routes.

Simple user authentication (email, Google, Facebook).

Push notifications and a simple ranking system.


Main features for MVP phase:

1. User registration & login


2. GPS-based map with “Add spot” option (photo + short description)


3. “Cleaned up” confirmation with before/after photo


4. Point system (basic formula for earning and spending points)


5. Profile and ranking screen


6. Admin panel (web) for content validation


7. Firebase / Google Cloud backend setup



Important notes:

This is only the MVP (prototype). Future versions will include reward systems, sponsors, and partnerships with local businesses.

Do not include payment systems or partner dashboards yet.

Focus on a clean, stable, scalable codebase.

UI should be minimal, user-friendly, and eco-themed (greens, whites, light textures).


Deliverables expected:
