"I need a fully functional social media app built natively for Android. The core idea is to let users create profiles, follow each other, post text-plus-image updates, and receive real-time notifications. Smooth scrolling feeds, secure login (email or Google), and a clean, modern UI in keeping with current Material 3 guidelines are priorities.

Please code in Kotlin, integrate Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Storage, FCM) for the back-end, and structure the project so it’s easy for another developer to maintain.

Deliverables:
• Signed APK and Play Console–ready AAB
• Complete, well-commented source code in a Git repo
• One-page setup guide covering build steps and Firebase configuration
