"I'm seeking a skilled Python developer to build a spreadsheet application that integrates with Clio and Google Calendar. The application should sync events, communications, matter data, contact info, and time/expense entries using a Postgres database.

I already have the app and data model partially built. I particularly need help with building the clio and postgres interfaces. The app contemplates uploading time entry data to a CSV file which will then sync to Clio when online. I need postgres to gather and store the spreadsheet rows for all users and distribute updates as they are made by the individual users.
