"I need a complete, modern, high-conversion website built for my veteran-owned residential flooring company based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. The goal is to present a clean, trustworthy, and professional brand while driving as many leads as possible through clear calls-to-action, strong visual content, and simple navigation. The website should feel premium, credible, and easy to use for homeowners researching flooring options. The main objectives are to establish a strong online presence, clearly explain our services, build trust through layout and visuals, generate high-quality leads, showcase project photos, perform well on mobile, load fast, and integrate fully with my CRM (GoHighLevel).

The homepage should include a large hero banner with high-quality flooring imagery, a clear headline and subheadline, primary buttons for “Get a Free Estimate” and “View Our Work,” service overview boxes (LVP, hardwood, carpet, tile, stairs), a preview of the before/after gallery, a short story about the company, a simple step-by-step process (Measure → Select → Install → Enjoy), testimonials preview, and a list or map of the DFW areas we serve. The footer should include our phone number, email, hours, and social links.

The About Us page should include my personal background and story (including my Army Ranger service), our mission and values, a professional owner photo, what sets us apart as a flooring service provider, and a call-to-action to request an estimate.

Each service should have its own SEO-optimized page. Required pages include: Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) Installation, Hardwood Installation & Refinishing, Carpet Installation & Removal, Tile Installation (floors, showers, backsplashes), Staircase Flooring Upgrades and Trim Work, and optional Commercial Flooring Services. Each service page should include a detailed description, materials/types available, installation timeline, benefits, FAQs, photo examples, and a visible “Get a Quote” button.

The portfolio/gallery page should include high-quality before/after photos, organized albums by service type, short captions if needed, fast-loading images, and a call-to-action at the bottom. The testimonials page should include customer reviews with star ratings, customer names (first name and last initial), their city if available, and highlighted quotes.

The contact page should include a contact form with fields for name, phone, email, city, service type, and an optional upload for photos. It should also include a clickable phone number, embedded DFW map, hours of operation, and an SMS/chat widget.

The estimate request workflow should include a dedicated “Get a Free Estimate” page integrated with GoHighLevel, automated confirmation via email and SMS, photo upload options, and preferred install date selection.

Trust and professionalism features should include insurance and licensing details, clean-work and on-time guarantees, descriptions of service quality, and a list of all DFW areas we serve. SEO requirements include optimized page titles and meta descriptions, local DFW keywords, schema markup, alt text on all images, mobile-first design, fast loading times, and clean URLs.

Technical requirements include full mobile responsiveness, compressed images, integrations with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Pixel, and GoHighLevel, secure layout, and an easy backend for updates.

The overall design should be modern, clean, trustworthy, and photo-driven with easy navigation, clear calls-to-action on every page, and a layout designed to convert visitors into booked flooring estimates.
