I need a fully working, easy-to-use Letter Tracking Dashboard for office use. The system is 80% already built — I will provide HTML, Google Apps Script code, and screenshots.

Your Job:

Fix the "Failed to Fetch" error
Make it installable in 1 click on any PC
Generate 3 types of URLs: Viewer, Normal Admin, Master Control Admin
Ask during setup: “How many Normal Admin URLs do you want?”
Allow the Master Admin to generate more Normal Admin URLs later
Save all links in [login to view URL] in the same folder

Current System (You Will Fix & Improve)

Frontend: Single [login to view URL] file (JS + CSS included)
Backend: Google Apps Script (Web App) + Google Sheets
Data: Two sheets — Letters (tasks), Config (Team Members, Status List, Admin Keys)
UI: Hindi + English, KPI cards, ageing buckets, table, filters, modals

Already Working Features:

KPI cards: Total, Completed, In Progress, Overdue
Ageing buckets: 0–3 days (green), 4–7 days (yellow), …, more than 30 days (red)
Table columns: Date, Age, Dept, Subject, Team Member, Priority, Status, Final Status, Deadline, Days Left

Main Problem To Fix

“Failed to Fetch” error when saving data in production mode (TEST_MODE: false).
Data loads fine, but add, edit, and delete actions fail.

Can view + edit only the Status column (Information Requested, Under Review, Forwarded to Officer, Blocked, Submitted to JC 07, Project Blocked, Officer Transferred, etc.)

Master Control Admin URL:
Full control: Status, Final Status, Add/Edit/Delete letters, Manage Officers/Status, Generate more Normal Admin URLs.
