"I need a polished Canvas App built in Power Apps, backed by a few Power Automate flows, that makes it easy for our external partners to engage with us. The goal is to move beyond basic data capture and give partners an interface that actually feels responsive and insightful.

Here is what matters most to me:

• Seamless form experience – partners should be able to submit information or feedback in as few taps as possible, with auto-save and validation built in.
• Interactive, real-time dashboards – once a form is submitted, the partner should immediately see key metrics, status updates, and any next steps without leaving the app. Charts or embedded reports must refresh without a full reload.
• Behind-the-scenes automation – Power Automate flows should route submissions to the right team, send acknowledgement emails, and flag exceptions for manual review. No redundant data entry anywhere.

I will provide the field list, sample data, and access to our tenant. Your deliverable is the working Canvas App (importable .msapp file) plus the associated flows, all documented clearly so I can tweak them later.

Acceptance criteria
1. Forms load in under two seconds and work on mobile and browser.
2. Dashboards reflect new records within one minute of submission.
3. Flows run without error on at least 100 sequential test submissions.
4. All screens match our brand colors (style guide provided).
