"Health APP:
12-question assessment where respondents rate their experience from 0 -10. The APP needs to total the score so that the respondent (and admin) can check on progress over time. Their score is rated as a low risk (0-30) medium risk (31-50) or high risk (51-100) of not recovering. Their risk profile is then used to direct them to the appropriate recovery strategy on the APP.
There is then a 10 question 'myth busting quiz' where respondents will need to agree or disagree with the question and get the answer right before being able to move onto the next question. Each step to recovery is essentially the same: A short written explanation, a short video, and an audio narration of guided exercises. There is one 'general' recovery step after the quiz. There are then 4 recovery steps for low risk individuals, 5 steps for moderate risk individuals and 8 steps for high risk. People will need to be able to navigate forward and backwards in each recovery stage.
The APP will need to engage the individual (as duolingo does) with daily notifications and reminders to do the exercises. The ability to request further help/guidance with a click (and additional fee) is to be included." (client-provided description)
