"I need a seamless bridge between WhatsApp and Zoho CRM so that parents can place their school-canteen orders directly through WhatsApp and every incoming message is captured inside the CRM as an order record. The key requirement is that the order details sent by parents land automatically in the correct Zoho module without any manual copy-paste.
All orders must come in via WhatsApp—no online forms or emails. From there, I want the system to grow into a small companion app that offers parents a Menu display, basic Order tracking, and an integrated Payment gateway. Those three features are important for the mobile experience, and everything has to stay in sync with Zoho CRM.
I am open to the most efficient technical route—whether that’s a Zoho-approved WhatsApp Business API, a third-party connector, or a custom webhook setup—so long as the final flow is reliable and can be managed from within the CRM. If you have prior experience combining Zoho components (Flow, Deluge, Creator, etc.) with WhatsApp for order capture, please tell me how you would structure the data, handle acknowledgements, and keep the parent chat experience simple.
