"I want to give our users a noticeably faster experience by cutting page- or screen-load times. Your first task will be a quick but thorough performance audit: profile assets, network calls, and render paths to pinpoint every bottleneck that slows the initial load and key interactions.

Once we agree on priorities, you’ll implement optimizations—minifying and bundling code, compressing and properly sizing media, enabling caching or lazy loading, fine-tuning queries, configuring a CDN, or whatever else the diagnostics reveal. When the fixes are in place, provide a concise before-and-after report using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or similar real-world metrics so I can see the gains at a glance.

The exact platform (web, mobile, or desktop) will be confirmed at kickoff, so please be comfortable working on at least one of those environments.
