I have built most of the frontend website of a real estate platform with AI in React.js + Vite + TypeScript. Now it needs adjustments, as normally everything built with AI isn’t perfect at all. Besides the things I will mention, I am also waiting for suggestions from you, as you are the experts in the field.

1. Make the logo bigger and improve the look of the footer and header.
2. The header components that are missing on mobile view should be added in a hamburger menu.
3. Adjust the footer, make it look normal, and organise everything better.
4. Change the homepage picture to a photo I will provide, or no photo at all – we will decide in the chat after the preview.
5. Everything should display in Italian if I have missed any details and left them in English.
6. The logistics should be very precise: when owners come to add a property, where should it go first? It needs to be approved by the website admin before going live, and after approval it should be integrated in the map search, result page, “all properties” etc. The posts should look the same on all pages (homepage, property page, when a post is submitted by owners, etc.). The example of the ideal post is in the search result page. The search result page should have all listings displayed correctly based on how users search through the search bar. Every detail should be corrected so there are no loose ends.
7. In the post there is “picture 1/5” – we don’t need limits on that, but we do need it as a number to only show how many pictures there are. Also, there is “attività licenza commerciale” that interferes with “affitto/vendita” in posts in the pictures of the post. Check the post for understanding; if not, I can share a picture. The share button doesn’t work on the post.
8. On the search result page, the map doesn’t stay in its place but scrolls while moving the page. Make it smoother. The property doesn’t show on the left side if you draw a circle on it; it doesn’t function very well and isn’t smooth. I have API key, JavaScript API, geocoordinate API, Places API from Google. 9. The pages that are under “test pages” need to be added when people log in or register on the site, somewhere under the menu or with easy access. Everything should be connected logically with the website so there is no missing logic.
10. When you click most pages, they show at the end of the page, not at the beginning.
11. There are a lot of categories and subcategories in the hero search bar. When you click too much, the first subcategories don’t display very well. Check the hero search bar.
12. Any other things I forgot to mention, you can also check – a detailed check through all pages of the website and the search bar as well.
13. Messages in the platform: add WhatsApp integration with a focus on “share your property with us, we can share it for you all for free” like it is on the listing page. Facebook and Instagram on the footer: add and connect them.
14. After close inspection, make sure all buttons and the logic work correctly.
15. Connect it with Supabase as backend and other SQL etc. for better management, faster cloud (suggested by you) for picture storage. Not all properties should display at once. Make this site work perfectly and smoothly.
16. Welcome message, authentication on login/register, send code by email confirmation, welcome pages, etc. – all the logical stuff.
17. Admin for approval of posts after owners of properties submit them; editing and adding posts should be easy from the admin panel.
18. This is a free platform working only in one city: Rome, Italy. It connects directly the owner of the business with the one who is looking to rent or buy its property. No agency involved, no payment integration needed.
19. Make this look good and display well on mobile site as well. Everything should work smoothly and look great.
