"I want to launch a mobile marketplace that does for French Polynesia what eBay does globally, but on a scale that suits our islands and local buying habits. Shoppers need to browse both new and used items, sellers must be able to create listings by manually entering details and photos, and every listing can be either a fixed-price “Buy Now” sale or a time-boxed auction.

Core flow
• A user signs in, scrolls through island-specific categories, taps a product, and either places a bid or checks out instantly.
• Sellers tap “List an item,” complete the form, choose auction or fixed price, upload images, and publish.
• Payments and shipping will stay inside French Polynesia, so the code has to accommodate our local currency (XPF) and typical hand-to-hand delivery or island-to-island shipping options.

I’ll need the full stack—mobile apps, backend, and a lightweight web admin—to be cleanly documented so future updates are easy. A simple, modern interface in French first (English optional) is important, and push notifications for bids, sales, and messages will keep users engaged.
