"I’m building Skill Sarthy, a dedicated job-matching service aimed squarely at finance professionals who are actively hunting for their next role. The core of the project is a web (or hybrid mobile) platform that lets job seekers create a skills profile and instantly see positions in banking, accounting, investment and related finance niches that truly match their background.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:

• Secure sign-up and profile builder where finance candidates can list certifications (CPA, CFA, etc.), software proficiency, salary expectations and preferred work locations.
• A matching algorithm that weighs those inputs against live job listings pulled through an API or uploaded directly by hiring partners.
• Dashboard for candidates to track matches, apply with one click and monitor application status.
• Admin panel so I can curate employers, flag outdated listings and review platform analytics.

I’m comfortable with mainstream stacks—Node/Express or Django on the back end and React, Vue or similar on the front—but I’m open to your recommendation as long as the end product is fast, secure and easy for non-technical staff to maintain.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Full source code with clear, commented logic for the matching engine.
2. Responsive front-end UI/UX ready for production.
3. Brief deployment guide (Docker or plain server setup is fine).
4. A short demo video walking through account creation, matching and an example application.
