"Several partially completed Android apps are still crashing, showing visual glitches and slowing down after a few minutes of use. I need the codebase stabilised so the projects can finally be shipped.

Your job is strictly bug-fixing: trace and eliminate the crash sources, correct the visible UI anomalies and squeeze better frame times out of the heavy screens. Logcat, Android Studio profiler, Firebase Crashlytics (already wired) and whatever other tools you prefer are all fair game as long as the end result is a smooth, crash-free experience.

The repositories are on GitHub, built with Kotlin and a sprinkle of Java, Gradle 8 and minSdk 24. Everything compiles; the problems only appear at runtime. I will grant access to the issue tracker, crash logs and design screenshots so you can reproduce every fault locally.

Deliverables
• Updated source committed to the existing branches
• Debug and release APKs for quick testing
• A short changelog summarising each fix and the method used to verify it

Acceptance criteria: no reproducible crashes, UI renders exactly like the provided mocks on phones and tablets, and cold start plus in-app navigation stay below the current performance budget. Once those boxes are ticked the milestone is released immediately.
