"I need a bilingual (German/English) web application built as a marketplace between customers and service companies (moving, decluttering, store pickups).

The customer creates a job with description, pickup & delivery address, elevator/parking options, and media uploads (up to 5 images + 1 video).

Registered companies can view open jobs, submit offers, and after acceptance, communicate with the customer via real-time chat.

No online payment on the platform. The customer pays the company directly.

After job completion, the system must generate a 10% commission for the company and create an invoice with a 7-day payment deadline (PDF or simple record).

If a company does not pay the commission in time, their account must be automatically suspended until payment.

Company registration requires VAT/UID number (mandatory), used to verify legitimacy and avoid unregistered “black market” work.

User roles: Customer, Company, Admin.

Admin dashboard needed: approve companies, manage jobs, offers, commissions, and suspensions.

The platform must include a DE/EN language switch.

Responsive design (mobile-first).

Tech stack preferred: [login to view URL] (frontend) + Bubble database for MVP.
