"I’m looking for a skilled developer to build a communication/chat app with the following key features:

Users can initiate private chats with others by entering a unique code assigned to each user.
The app must support instant messaging as well as the ability to send images and videos.
Push notifications should be implemented to alert users of new messages.
Users should have the ability to block others if needed.
All communication will be anonymous — only the nickname chosen during registration will be visible to others.
User registration is required before accessing the app. During registration, users will enter a self-chosen unique code that identifies them.
The app will initially be free for the first [number to be confirmed] users for one year.
In addition, I’d like to discuss how the project payment can be split into stages based on completed milestones. Could you please advise on a suitable milestone/payment structure?
