"My current workout log lives in one Excel file where each row holds the exercise, weight, sets, reps and time; formulas then calculate total workload (weight × sets × reps) and power (workload ÷ time). I’d like the exact same calculations—and the same ease of entry—inside a small, cross-platform web application I can open from any modern browser.

Core scope
• Secure user login so only I can view or edit the data.
• Clean entry screen that mirrors the existing columns and automatically runs the two formulas once a row is saved.
• Interactive graphs and charts (line or bar) that let me visualise workload and power trends by day, week and individual exercise.
• A lightweight database behind the scenes so my history is saved between sessions.

The application must run on any OS (desktop or mobile) without installation; a simple cloud-hosted solution or a single-page app backed by a small API is fine. Tech stack is flexible—React, Vue, Svelte, Django, Flask, Node or similar—as long as it is lightweight, well-documented and easy for me to host or move later.

Please base any estimate on building the initial MVP described above. Once the foundation is solid I may add exports, notifications or share features, but they are out of scope for this phase.
