"I’m building a progressive web app that powers a same-day, intra-city delivery network. The goal is to give our customers and drivers a fast, installable experience on both desktop browsers and mobile phones while keeping all data perfectly in sync.

Core features I need delivered:
• Real-time tracking of every active delivery, visualised on an interactive map.
• Secure user authentication with role-based dashboards for Admin, Driver and Customer profiles.
• In-app notifications (web push) to keep each role updated on status changes.

Technical expectations
The PWA should meet Lighthouse best-practice scores, work offline where reasonable, and install like a native app via a web manifest and service worker. I’m flexible on the front-end stack—React, Vue, Angular or Svelte are all welcome as long as the final codebase is clean, documented and easy to hand over.

Acceptance criteria
1. A responsive UI that behaves flawlessly on desktop and mobile.
2. End-to-end live tracking proven with simulated deliveries.
3. Role management tested: Admin can create orders and assign drivers, Drivers can update status, Customers can follow their parcel in real time.
4. Push notifications demonstrated for at least three typical events (job assigned, picked-up, delivered).
5. Source code, brief setup guide and one live staging link handed over for review.
